Check-in is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. We kindly ask you to check out by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

In summer we require a minimum stay of 7 nights, with check-in and check-out on Saturdays only. At other times of the year, we’re happy to accommodate your individual travel plans.

Children up to 3 years stay free of charge. For older children and additional guests we apply a seasonal surcharge.

The local tourist tax is €2.30 per person, per night. Children under 14 are excluded from the tax.

Your four-legged friends can stay with you for €10 per day. Please let us know in your inquiry so we can choose an apartment that allows pets.

The South Tyrol Guest Pass is a free benefit card available during your stay. It allows unlimited use of all public transport in South Tyrol, including buses, regional trains and selected cable cars like Renon, Meltina, Verano, and Colle.

To confirm your reservation we ask for a deposit of €300. Returning guests are not required to pay this.

In case of cancellation or early departure, we apply the following:●      Up to 21 days before arrival: no charge●      Up to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total price●      Less than 7 days before arrival, or leaving early: 70% of the total price

The bakery Mein Beck delivers fresh bread to the farm every morning. Orders should be placed with us by 3:00 PM on the previous day.

In Rifiano and the surrounding area, you’ll find everything you need for everyday life - from supermarkets and bakeries to charming local shops. For a relaxed stroll and some shopping, the town of Merano is just a 10-minute drive away.

In Rifiano you’ll find cosy restaurants and traditional inns such as Pizzeria Pircher, Kehrerhof, Oberwirtskeller, and Imbiss Riffl. Easily reached on foot or by car, they invite you to enjoy regional specialities and hearty cuisine in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
